Mani Flour Mill (M) Sdn Bhd is a proudly Malaysian, family-run business with a rich heritage in the spice industry since 1978. Founded by Mr. Subramaniam and now led by his son, Mr. Maheswaran, the company produces a wide range of authentic, high-quality spice powders and flour products all HALAL certified - trusted by customers across Malaysia and internationally. For over four decades, the family’s philosophy has remained simple:

Our Story: From Tradition to Taste

Mani Flour Mill (M) Sdn Bhd is a family-owned Malaysian company with over 40 years of dedication to the art of spice making. The journey began in 1978, when Mr. Subramaniam started the business with a vision to bring authentic, home-style spices to local communities. His deep passion for quality, honesty, and tradition laid the foundation for what Mani Flour Mill has become today — a trusted name in both local and global spice markets.

In 2004, the business was officially registered as Mani Flour Mill (M) Sdn Bhd, marking a significant step in its growth. Under the leadership of Mr. Subramaniam’s son, Mr. Maheswaran Pillai, the company has since expanded its product range and modernized its operations while staying true to the values of quality and authenticity that have earned the loyalty of generations of customers.

Today, Mani Flour Mill offers an extensive portfolio of more than 200 SKUs, including premium spice powders such as Turmeric, Chili, Coriander, Curry Powders, Briyani Masala, and the signature Mani’s Special Masala. The company also produces flour products like Muruku Flour, Roasted Green Bean Flour, and Tepung Dhal (Kadalai Maavu), alongside imported and repacked raw spices, such as betel nuts and specialty ingredients sourced from India, Ukraine, and Malaysia.

The company’s products are enjoyed by customers across Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, and Australia — with some items rebranded under local partner brands in these international markets. Mani Flour Mill takes great pride in upholding its HALAL certification for all products. From raw material sourcing to production and packaging, every step is carefully managed to meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and religious compliance — providing peace of mind for Muslim consumers around the world.

A key feature of Mani Flour Mill’s production is its ability to maintain 0% moisture content, resulting in products with an extended shelf life of up to two years while preserving their natural aroma and flavor. With upgraded modern equipment and a skilled team, the company continues to innovate and enhance its formulations to meet the evolving tastes of today’s consumers.
